Lake Bryan Campout
Panthers Patrol
This was the first campout since the Panther Patrol officially got organized and they pulled it off very well together. Most of the boys from our patrol got qualified for the white water kayaking trip. We also worked on our forward, backward, and side stokes as well as helping get the campfire going and eating summer sausage and cheese for lunch after a long morning of working hard in the canoes and kayaks.
For breakfast on Sunday we made some great pigs in a blanket in a dutch oven with cheese on top.
Flaming Arrows Patrol
Patrol Leader- Jack
The flaming arrows worked very hard on their canoeing skills to get ready for their first canoeing trip. They made some very tasty hamburgers on a propane stove which made them a better cook. The flaming arrows also worked together very well in organizing cooking and they always were one of the first patrols to start cooking.
Cobras Patrol
Patrol Leader- Eric
The Cobra’s patrol got a lot accomplished. They succeeded in their canoeing skills and preformed well on the water. They made awesome chicken and rice and set up their tent without any help. The cobra’s did just about everything right and preformed well as one.
Lightning’s Patrol

The lightning’s patrol qualified for their white water kayaking trip. They ate sausage for lunch and helped with the campfire by gather kindling and organizing it together. They ate sausage for lunch and threw the football around in their spare time. Some of the boys also got requirement completed.
